Assemblage and Paintings

Julie Beardsley May 5, 2015

Art brings together disparate ideas. From these ideas new concepts emerge. Many of these works are allegories and meditations on life and death. The juxtaposition of the kinetic sparkle, and inherent joy of the materials, and the dark subject matter make these works unique.

These assemblages are created stone by stone, with rhinestones, beads and found objects.
